Force is how strong you can hit during a fight, the higher the better your chance to do massive damage.

Charisma is the most controversial of all skills. Rumors had it that with high charisma you got better manhunts but those are just rumors and therfore FALSE. What charisma really does is give you a better chance of finding a target by using the random search function on the raid page (we will get to this later) and quite possibly reducing the advantage your enemy gets from his hideout (again we get to it later).
Experience is exactly what it says: the more you have the higher your level will be, it will show you exactly how much you need to reach the next level.
