[*]Inactive players / totems
If you attack players who are inactive for 100 days or more a fight takes place.
If the inactive account is deleted after that is calculated by a percentile chance.
To illustrate:
100 days inactivity = 0% chance for deletion
120 days inactivity = 20% chance for deletion
150 days inactivity = 50% chance for deletion
190 days inactivity = 90% chance for deletion
200 days inactivity = 100% chance for deletion
230 days inactivity = 130% chance for deletion => account will definitely be deleted if you win
If the attacker wins and the chance for deletion was high enough for the account to be deleted from server the winner gets a totem.
Except: It's a premium account. Then it won't be deleted.
Blocked accounts are not affected. So accounts that are inactive for more then 100 days and blocked can not be deleted by an attack.
What is a totem?
A totem is a remnant of the defeated account and bears his name.
E.g. "Tooth/heart/hair strain of PlayerXYZ".
The totem appears in the overview below the other inventory slots.
The amount of totems you can have depends on the maximum upgrade level of your hiedeout, so you can carry 11 totems. When all totem slots are full and you win more fights against inactive players they will be deleted but you won't get another totem.
Because just having a totem that bears the name of the inactive player would be a bit boring the totems improve your skills.
Two randomly chosen skills will be improved by 5% - 10% of the skill level of the defeated player. If for example the defeated player had strenght on level 60 you can look forward to a strength bonus from strength +3 to +6.
Which skill is chosen for a totem is totally random.
When the skill level of the defeated player is so small that 5% - 10% would result in a number smaller than 1 then the totem will have only 1 skill bonus or - worst case - no bonus at all.
Can you get rid of totems?
You can't sell totems on the market.
The trader, however, will be delighted to buy totems from you. As soon as you have one or more totems a new group called "totems" will appear at the trader. There you can see all totems you have in your inventory and sell them to have more free slots for new totems.
Other players can see which totems you have on your pforile page but they can't see which one of them is activated!
Some additions
1. Search through highscore or player ID ( You cant get a totem through random hunt).
2. Premium = at least 3 hellstones or shadow-lord, chest ... activated. You cant kill a premium (see above the information of dime).
3. There are some problems with reaaaaaal old accounts - they cant be turned into a totem at the moment. Yes a german mod wrote 6 "a"s to describe the age of the accounts.
4. You must have at least hideout level 1 to keep one. These icons link to social bookmarking sites where readers can share and discover new web pages.
